Lucky Ones help and problem recovery

What you need to know

For a forgotten password, use the recovery control on the current operator domain. For an unfamiliar login, change the password from a trusted device, review sessions and tell support that the issue concerns account security.

Practical next step

Never send a password, one-time code or full card details. A support agent who asks for them should be treated as suspicious.

What you need to know

Prepare the amount, currency, timestamp, method, transaction reference and account status. Describe one transaction per message where possible. Do not make another payment simply to prove ownership or release a balance.

What you need to know

Quote the document request and case number. Ask what exact field or image quality issue remains. Submit evidence only through the secure account path or the current official route.

What you need to know
