Lucky Ones app and mobile access

What you need to know

Lucky Ones does not offer online casino or online pokies services to people physically present in Australia. ACMA identifies online casinos and online pokies as prohibited interactive gambling services. This Australian information section provides account-safety, historical and support information only; it does not create an account, accept a payment or launch a game.

Practical next step

We do not provide an Australian casino app download, APK, App Store claim or installation CTA. An app offered by a third party under the Lucky Ones name should not be trusted without a matching link from the current operator domain and a verifiable publisher.

What you need to know

A responsive website runs in the browser. A progressive web app may add a home-screen icon but still loads web content. A native app is installed through an operating-system package and may request device permissions.

Practical next step

Before installation, verify the publisher name, package source, update history and permissions. A casino app does not need access to contacts, SMS history or accessibility controls merely to display games.

What you need to know

Use a screen lock, keep the operating system current and avoid financial activity on unknown Wi-Fi. Do not store passwords in a shared browser. If a device is lost, change the account password from a trusted device and review active sessions.

What you need to know

Live content can consume significant data and battery. Browser cache, low-power mode and network changes can interrupt a session. Never interpret a frozen interface as confirmation that a transaction failed or succeeded; verify the account history through the current service.
